The Sikh Helpline (Reg Charity No: 1154449) is a free, professional, and confidential emotional and wellbeing service, available by telephone and email Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. The Sikh Helpline is open to individuals of all ages, genders, races/cultures, physical and mental abilities, religions, sexual orientations, nationalities, and social backgrounds.
