How can you help me?
A
large number of youths who contact Sikh Help Line are in some sort of difficulty or
distress and either want a listening ear or want us to offer assistance.
Our
counselors will listen to your
concerns and discuss possible options to help you overcome your
problems. If professional help is needed, such as legal or medical advice, we
will help you by putting you in touch with the right
people. If you are being bullied at school and would like us to
discuss the matter with the school authorities in person, we will be happy to
help.

The
counselor on duty is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. See

particular counselor is working a different shift, you'd have to contact him/her
during the hours he/she is on duty.
8.
Am I too old for this Help Line?
Not at all! Although
the Help Line was set up specifically to cater to youth under the age of
21
